This past thursday we gathered up for a well deserved birthday lunch at our favourite little bistro in Hudson, about 50min from the city. A relatively wealthy town, Hudson is known for its large, turn-of-the century houses, many of which border the Lake of Two Mountains. Many residents include professionals, artists and artisans, corporate executives, and a wide variety of entrepreneurs. Carambola, located in the heart of Hudson is a perfect fit for this lovely community. At Carambola two things are of equal importance, quality food and a creative atmosphere. The blending of these principles combined with European techniques and International cuisine create a dining experience unlike any other. Since 2002, Carambola’s passion and experience for fresh and local food is incomparable.
